THE VINEYARD
THE FARM
It is the heart of our estate, the centre of the small universe made up of the horses with which we work the land, the roosters and hens that peck at the orchard, the medicinal herb garden, the vineyards, the woods and those of us who work according to the biodynamic philosophy, seeking to strengthen the health of the vines and of our site.
HISTORICAL CELLAR
In our historical cellar you can explore the origins of Gramona’s sparkling wines and the craft processes we still use today to create our complex, well-balanced and elegant wines.
Deep down in the cellar, you will be immersed in the unique and magical atmosphere in which our forefathers crafted the first bottles of wine and where we preserve Gramona’s best-kept secret, the century-old soleras.
WINE TASTING
GASTRONOMIC SPACE
Aware as we are of the important role of wine in gastronomy, we have created a gastronomic space in our winery where we offer dishes that pair perfectly with our sparkling wines.
Our menus are designed to give you a taste of some creative cuisine, inspired by our Mediterranean and traditional roots and prepared with seasonal and local produce from our biodynamic farm and vegetable garden. The team of sommeliers will recommend which dishes pair best with Gramona’s still and sparkling wines.
HORSE TRAIL
Enjoy our surrounding on horseback in 30 minuts or an hour trek acompained by one of our specialized guide. You will trek for some of our most representative estates such us La Plana, Font Jui or Mas Escorpi, vineyards where some of our most appreciated sparkling wines come from explain you our vineyards.
Complement the experience with a visit the winery “Celler Batlle” or a tasting and lunch pairing at the historic cellar.
