GRAMONA INNOBLE

To craft Innoble, we use base wines from different vintages to obtain the perfect blend. In the coupage we can find Xarel·lo from Les Tres Serres landscape, of exceptional vintages. The ageing takes place in foudres, large oaks of 3,000 and 6,000 liters which allow the micro oxygenation of the wine and give structure, elegance and complexity to our to our first multi- vineyard or perpetual solera sparkling wine.

The tirage of Innoble is carried out with fresh must, an ancient technique already used by our ancestors in the elaboration of sparkling wines This must comes from the same plot as the base wine, Les Tres Serres, thus closing a circle of harmony and respect for its origin.
