Celler Batlle exemplifies Gramona’s artisanal ethos in every bottle. This sparkling wine is the result of sustainable, responsible viticulture, which respects the biodynamic ethos at the family-owned Can Romeu vineyard, where the land is ploughed by horse and the grapes are harvested by hand.

During the 110 months it ages in our cellars, each step of the winemaking process is carried out by hand, by craftsmen who have learned the trade at our winery. The natural cork stopper , which is inserted during the tirage, enhances the sensorial properties of the sparkling wine and promotes sustainability.
